What was the goal?

Purifyne Cleanse hired us to implement a social media marketing campaign. They wanted us to promote their brand through social media channels and eventually increase engagement, followers and conversions, as well as the number of website visitors from social media platforms.

The final objective was to increase sales on their website through social media.

What did we accomplish?

We managed to increase engagement levels, boost social interactions, and improve customer loyalty as well as to increase the number of visits to the website from social media networks and to eventually boost conversions and sales.

A social media marketing campaign targeting Twitter, Google+, Instagram and Facebook was implemented to keep the audience posted about the latest company updates.

Within 1 month, we improved the engagement rate by 62% on average. We also accelerated the follower acquisition, the number of total followers and Likes went drastically up and also the number of website visitors from social platforms. As a result, we increased the number of sales.

How did we do it?

We carried out an analysis of the situation to understand the social sentiment of users towards the brand. Once we got a clear idea of the whole picture, we started optimising the profiles on the social networks and worked out the best tone to engage with our target audience.

We performed a content research to identify quality content, we posted these when relevant to keep our followers updated about the benefits of our products and we also published news, recipes and other interesting pieces of content. We also used other materials provided by Purifyne Cleanse in order to keep our audience posted about our own company, events, offers, etc.

We tracked the performance of our actions and posts, then we assessed the results and implemented the feedback into our campaigns to improve them continuously. In other words, we reinforce what brings real results and stop doing what doesn’t work.

We use third party analytics tools as well as on-channel analytics to measure the impact of our social media efforts.
